The Midwest Section is one of 41 geographic Sections that make up the PGA of America. Approximately 230 PGA Members and 70 Associates strive to promote the enjoyment and growth of the game of golf in the Midwest region. We position the Midwest Section PGA and our members as leaders in the business, teaching and playing the game, and impacting lives through golf.
The Midwest Section PGA encompasses the entire Kansas City area and more, from St. Joseph to the north, east to Richmond, Springfield, Branson, and Joplin to the south, continuing west through the Flint Hills of Kansas to Colorado, and north to the Nebraska border.
The mission of the Midwest Section PGA is to create and maintain the Section as a viable, valuable, visible professional organization. The Section shall serve the member by offering and delivering outstanding education programs, providing governance and growth of the game initiatives, as well as playing opportunities.
The Midwest Section PGA’s current and future leaders will inspire and educate all associates, assistants and members to be the best that they can be. We will rely on teamwork, talent, and best practices to guide us further
into the 21 century.
